Great hotel Value and staff
This hotel is located in a great area, short walk to St Mark's square (5 min). Restaurants all over. We had an issue that can happen at any hotel and even the best. The hotel gave us an upgraded room, treated us super nice and we got to know the staff. I will say the extra money for an upgrade might be worth it. Nothing wrong with economy rooms just was super nice. The lady on day shift could not have been more helpful, with recommendations on places to see and we got to know her which we thought was great. We travel to meet people. she made us feel like we were the only guests. WOW factor! The night we left 3 am from the hotel we found two breakfast boxes. I can not say enough. Stay at this hotel. THANK YOU!

In a great location, beds were comfortable, and staff was excellent!

Only improvement would be to have a lift, as we had to drag our heavy bags up two flights of stairs and the other would be to have a fridge and kettle in the room
