Nice hotel at a great price - Even has fresh ground coffee and a good breakfast available for what is a small price! Only criticism is that the walls and window don't offer too much noise protection and I could hear traffic and other guests coming in and out of their rooms. I was careful to exit room quietly at 05:30am. However, I will definitely stay again when I need a quick night stop hotel at a good price - 25mins from Bristol Airport with no traffic.

Very comfortable bed and very clean room. Staff on the reception desk and in the restaurant were lovely and made me feel very welcome. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Couple of staff members on reception rude when we checked in Room smelt musty but was clean Room cold and even though we upped the temp on air con after a short while of it getting warm it then reverted back to cold Woke up with window full of condensation Our room hadn’t had the upgrade like my mums room but was ok as it had a connecting door and my sister was next to us Breakfast was really good A great selection although sausage and bacon cobs were cold Within walking distance to Asda and Sainsbury’s plus BnM and others shops There is a Pub ‘Foxes Den’ opposite the hotel which do hot food Car park not sufficient for amount of guests but reception say you can park in the pub car park even though the pub has a sign saying not allowed Overall hotel was in a good location for what we needed and a great price Would stay here again though

The hotel itself is nice enough and the rooms are comfortable. The cleanliness wasn't great, especially given the current COVID situation. The remote control for the tv looked as though it had never been cleaned. There were pubic hairs on the floor in the bathroom, and rubbish under the bed. I stay in hotels regularly, and I found this to be unacceptable. I will not be using this hotel again.
