Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland East/Mayfield Village

I very very rarely stay at hotels and I have never stayed at a hotel in my own city. Overall I was very happy with the stay at the hotel itself was gorgeous and very clean. The only reason this doesn’t get 10 out of 10 stars is because I didn’t feel like reception informed guess on procedure of the hotel upon checking for example she did not tell us how to use the Wi-Fi where to get towels for the pool where the pool was him she did not tell us how to purchase breakfast in the morning how nothing it was here’s your keys the elevators to the left. Overall we had a really good time and will likely return again

Pillows were awful. Too soft. was told upon checkout I could have requested non soft but nothing was mentioned at check in and I didn't realize i HATED the pillows until 2am. Also, we could not get the heat off. temp was up to 81 in room and we couldn't figure out AC to cool it down. Otherwise very clean, felt safe, the have seals on the door so you know you're room wasn't entered after cleaned. The check out they took my card from me instead of letting me use the machine which defeats the purpose of 6 ft for covid but ok. Also, we weren't given free waters as Hilton members which is a little perk but still ....i appreciate any perk I can get

The. Hotel was very clean and quite the desk clerk was very nice .only one thing two ice machine the wasn't working had to go a two other floors for ice .other than that my was very comfortable. I will visit your place of business again.

Great hotel! The staff was very friendly even though they had to work on Thanksgiving. The gentleman working the front desk was especially kind to my sons. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable staying there recently. They have excellent policies in place that are being followed to keep their customers safe during the pandemic!

Had to clean up more before getting comfort

I rented this room for our wedding and we were told the room would look just like the picture on line. The picture online showed rose petals and everything. I called and spoke with a male several times about the room and he assured me that the room was done. My husband had came into the property to pre pay the room and again was reassured that the room would look like the picture. When we arrived the room was not done at all, the buttons on the tub would only work sometimes. We couldnt turn it off because the off button didnt work and at one point it was spraying water because the jets wouldnt go off. When i spoke with the front the only thing i kept getting was that i had to speak to a manager

Nice place. $5 for a cold breakfast is a little much.

Very clean and comfy during these Covid times. Highly recommend.
