Good stay!! No complaints

Very nice place , nice staff i didn't see in the room where the remotes and other touch surfaces were freshly sanitized from the last stay but other than that spacious (6guest) and would book again

Check was very quick and the clerk was very professional and courteous. He was also friendly and offered good tips on places to eat.

I believe they were under staffed when I checked in. That said, The room smelled like an old smokers room. Dirty smell to it. Closet doors didn't work. They were resting on the floor. One was unhooked from the sliders. Shower rod was broken and hanging at an angle, and the curtain wouldn't stay closed without help. Shower escutcheon plate was hanging off the wall. Toilet wouldn't stop running. Wall outlets were all broken, couldn't keep a phone charger plugged in, it would just fall out when you let go...

The room smelled like smoke and stale. The bathtub was rusty and paint. When it was paint I will assume it wasn’t clean because it was hair painted ito the tub. Very creepy like if someone else hair was in the tub. The water pressure was low.The bag breakfast the cheese danish had mold on it. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone!

Hotel Employee behind desk that checked me in - No Mask!. And of the 20 or so hotel guests I saw, only one (besides me) was wearing a mask. Employee that checked me in, after 5 annoying minutes of making fun of my last name, went into an all out interrogation on what I do for work, details of my work. Part of being 'friendly' is to know which hotel guests are obviously not interested in your incessant chatter. Room was mediocre, outlets didn't work, couch was covered in black ink. Worst stay at a hotel I've had in many years with 50 or so hotel nights in past 4 years.

We were traveling and checked in late. Upon arriving there were police and ambulances at the entrance. There was a lady with a busted lip in the lobby. We bypassed all of that with our kids and went to the room. Most of the outlets didn't work. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa, just a blanket. People in the room near us were loud yelling and slamming doors until after 2 AM. We left the room for breakfast and it was an apple with a muffin and a small water. When going back to the room the card wouldn't work to let us in. My husband made three trips to the desk getting new cards then he was sent back with a master device that finally opened the door. Nobody was available to help us. Despite all of that the room was clean and comfortable.

Amenities on website listed pool, hot tub, continental breakfast and none of those were available. Coffee & grab bag breakfast only available until 9am. Booked a suite, toilet in room rocked and was in need of repairs. Bathroom also in need of repairs, such as fixing shower curtain rod, repair & repaint trim in bathroom, clean mold that is under the lip of the sink. Staff at check-in was very nice, but not so for the morning staff.
