It was ok but crib not delivered for a long time
How long it took to get a crib delivered to us was a bit more than what we expected. Trying to travel with an infant is hard enough so it just added more stress to our trip waiting for the crib.

Victims of Hotel / Third Party booking animosity
Horrible! I underwent emergency surgery and was unable to accompany my wife. Upon checking ( after travelling for 15 hrs) the front desk manager refused to honor the reservation because I was not present and her name was not on the reservation. Despite having valid identification, and hotel confirmation #. The manager ranted on about third party booking agencies, accused her of possible ID fraud and again refused to honor the paid reservation. Being midnight, she was forced to purchase a nights stay under her name. She was then sent to literally the furthest corner of the hotel to a room with a broken / non functioning A/C. Returning to the front desk, she was reluctantly given a room near the front desk ( only after complaints about why would a single woman be sent to such a remote location to a non functioning AC unit in 108F temperature. The newly assigned room was acceptable both in cleanliness and comfort. The following morning, my wife met with the day manager to voice her concerns and unhappiness with what had happened. My wife is a retired thirty- five year manager with Air Canada . She discussed the situation as a serious employee training matter as well as the obvious issue of third party booking. The employees vehement ranting of why customers would use these third parties was evidence of their resentments at such bookings. I expect Reimbursement to my VISA account for the monies paid to you. Please deal with this matter ASAP.
