Very nice hostel pleasant stay there quite approachable

Location was best thing. Laundry is 8,50€. Nothing too remarkable about staff or amenities. Big rooms. Had fun there 100 percent because of who was in my room with me. Good bathroom facilities.

Central position, dirty appartments, No aircondition. Selg service and extra payment for linnings.

I wasn't thrilled with the state of this place - to the point that I preferred to stay elsewhere even if my reservation was non-refundable. The common areas do not look like the pictures at all. The pictures make it seem like the areas are spacious and well-lighted, while in reality, everything looked gloomy and unclean. Areas like the stairs/elevators didn't look well cared for either, the carpets were dirty as well. The room was clean but it didn't look nearly as spacious/fresh as in the photo (I understand these are taken with a wide lens, but still). While I get that the place is a part hotel, part hostel, I wasn't very keen on resting and working remotely while the people staying in the room next to me were blasting loud music through the afternoon. In short, it's probably not a bad place given the cost, if you book with the right idea about it. It wasn't what I was looking for at all.

People were professional, but very curt and not particularly friendly. Also, there was some miscommunication. On check-in, the staff member told us that we could simply order the lunch bags during breakfast the next day. However, at breakfast the next day, the staff member at the reception told us we had to pre-order it, so we weren't able to have those lunches after all.

The 6 person dorm I was in was full of the trash of the other 5 people, who were clearly a group. They would also make a lot of noise when coming into the room after staying out until the bars close (4 am in Germany). The room was also rather hot because the curtain rod was hung on the ceiling so it was not possible to open the window very much. It was cheap though so this is a mitigating factor for me.

The mattresses were very thin but the overall place was good for one night stay.

Comfortable stay overall. Reception was helpful and attentive and the room had extra amenities to it

Was just what I needed at a fair price. Even though they were fully booked with many young students; it was quiet.
