Hotel Kristal

As requested, we had a top floor room, 607, and we found this to be extremely comfortable with fantastic views. The half board meals were excellent, both in quality an quantity with plenty of choices.

property was ok but bathroom very small no room to turn around 'disappointing ' the rest of the room was fine no problem. the place its self is lovely be great for a short weekend or a 5 day stay because opajika is only a small little town. overall rating 7.5 out of 10

Everything was great with the exception of the water temperature at the beach in front of the hotel. There are number of cold underwater springs in the area and the water temperature, as result, is colder than you would expect. The recopy is simple - walk 300 meters to the left. There is a great public beach over-there and the water is warmer. Otherwise absolutely great hotel with mostly excellent staff.

Very nice hotel, good location, clean and comfort. Breakfast xan be proved a little.

The only problem we had was that the bathroom was too small, had trouble getting in and out

The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. However due a shortage of staff on arrival the staff felt pressured. It was located with good access to the town, shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the room's air-conditioning did not work despite being informed that it would be switched on when reported. We could open the windows which made it comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was decent with a variety. Parking was available at the hotel for 75 Kunas. This should have been made clear instead of the "Self Parking" description which was open to interpretation.

Good clean and comfortable hotel. Very central to city.

A weekend in Opatija. Went there to walk the lungomare. I was disappointed with the hotel because they didn't give me the room I had selected with my online booking.
