Entire trip is canceled secondary to Covid. Flights and cruises are canceled. Hilton was the only establishment that would not refund the money for the one night stay.
The location of this property is excellent, and serviced to/from the airport is very good (except there is only one drop off point at Terminal 1, and our flight left from Terminal 2). Cleanliness is outstanding. Our only criticism is that the beds were very hard, as were the non-feather pillows.
Close to the airport, clean, airport shuttle back and forth
It was dirty and bathroom shower did not drain. The thermostat in room did not work.

I was happy the first time with my stay everything went great. I accidentally double booked 2 rooms instead of 1 on Expedia and they would not refund the mistake. Very poor management. I will take up as fraud from visa.
Staff was not courteous. No welcome or greetings as we reached the registration desk.
It is a shame that this prestigious hotel that you pay $200 or more doesn't give you not even a bottle of water in the room but you have to pay for it. Towels in the room worn out
