The room was a little stinky, the bed was busted up, couldn’t get tub to drain, staff was very friendly but wasn’t pleased with the room

The front desk employee was very rude and not friendly at all. The hotel is outdated and the worst Marriott chain I've ever stayed in. The tweekers ran up and down the hallways all night being loud. It didn't appear to be in the best area as it was behind target. There was no shuttle to the airport and uber, lyft and taxis are hard to come by in this area. I do not recommend this hotel as it is ran like a motel.

How long has it been?
I understand due to Covid things haven’t been open for awhile. There were spiderwebs in the nightstand cubby. I flipped up the bed curtain just to do my check on bugs and I found a rubber glove and a spider in its web. I had brought my own cleaners but disappointed. Quite a bit of dust. They did however take the rate down a bit for my experience.

No shuttle service as advertised, no "bkft bag to go". No taxicab available for early pick up .Everything else was wonderful. Marie, desk atttendent offered to come ( on her day off) at 4:15 A.M. and drive us to the airport !! She was a blessing to us seniors. We would have had to move to a hotel W/ a shuttle. MARIE FOR MANAGER. Springhill is fortunate to have her

Not very sound proof between rooms. If the faucet or the shower is running the next door, you’ll hear it.

Very nice room that was clean and smelled good-clean. COVID changes the amenities, but didn’t really matter to us overall. Outdoor maintenance could use some work-weeds and parking lot hasn’t been swept lately. Great stay!

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. Good location, close to the highway and to stores. Very nice room - well laid out, good bed, pillows, etc. We were there during the COVID virus so there was no breakfast served but the refrigerator and microwave in the room let us eat there. We will stay here again.

Nice except the bathroom sink
While the rest of the room was great, there was a bunch of hair in our sink and on the bathroom counter when we checked in. It was too late in the nighttime to call and report it, so we just rinsed it out and went to sleep. But definitely not a great first impression.

It was little hard to find but it is down a side street next to the Target. Nice layout for a room. Parking area was dirty near our room both nights. Covid forced all the amenities like the breakfast (none) and pool to be closed.
