Pros: everything was amazing, beautiful property, winery next door has great wine and tastings, the pool was so nice and the restaurant served the nicest food! The only negative thing I could say was the bathroom in our room looked like it needed a renovation and didn’t reflect a 5 star hotel - there were two large mould patches near the roof, hairline cracks in the walls and just looked out of place for the resort. It’s not enough to stop me returning and hopefully was just the one room like this.

You won’t want to leave!
This hotel is a little slice of heaven. The vineyard and property are gorgeous, the room spacious, the employees very helpful and the wine delicious. I took a trip around the vineyards by horse while my friend got an excellent massage. We had a great time at the wine tasting on the premises. Our only regret was not having more time! I’d come back in an instant!

Perfect base for enjoying wine country
Just like the pictures – this is an elegant and peaceful place. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the hotel is elegantly furnished in colonial style. We enjoyed the restaurant and wines; and the staff is extremely helpful with suggestions for wineries to visit or other local excursions; they even helped change our tire when we had a flat on our last morning. The only limitation was that wifi was very slow; maybe that was a sign for us to disconnect. In any case, a great base for enjoying Cafayate.

Beautiful setting and a haven after 4 hour diet road drive from Cachi ( worth it for the scenery). Lovely building with restful courtyards and well decorated bedrooms. Very helpful staff especially Hugo who helped us sort out a puncture !

Beautiful hotel with giant rooms
This is one of the most beautiful wine hotels we've seen. Outstanding place, breathtaking views and rooms too big to describe. The restaurant is also fabulous. and the area is one of the most unspoiled wine regions of the world. Absolutely the place to go if you are interested in Cafayate.
