Le St-Martin Bromont Hotel & Suites

We enjoyed a great couple of days with family and Grandchildren. Fun time at The Granby Zoo. In spite of Covid, the hotel was well set up.. Thank you Highly recommend it!! The Campbells

It was a comfortable and pleasing stay at this hotel. I find that I feel unwelcomed during the check-in process. The attendant who checked us in seems to be depressed. I asked if there is a tourist information centre around the area. She probably Googled it and it took her 12 minutes to find out. In the end, the tourist information centre was right at the side of the hotel ... about 400 meters away. The rest of the staffs at the reception desk were friendly.

Nice place- comfortable beds- mini bar very expensive and I would have preferred a $20 discount to buy my own breakfast with my daughter, then the one they provided. I was not sure how long the eggs and yogurt were in the hallway before we brought them in. The quality of the croissants were not great.

It"s not worth the money you pay. Not once had we our room cleaned or refreshed, we had to put our trash outside and ask for new bags ourselves. The breakfasr buffet does not exist, they gave us some horrible pre-packed stuff in a brown bag that they leave in front of you door in the morning.Very disappointing all together. They could do better even considering the Covid mesures.

Hotel was nice and quiet. The outdoor pool was great, we used it almost everyday of our 5 night stay. Close to places to eat and outlets with a few open stores nothing fantastic. Ski Bromont is close by with fantastic views from the top and a waterpark. Also close to Granby zoo and waterpark were we enjoyed a day. Staff were very friendly. If you need anything ask at the front desk also masks are mandatory in hotel when not in room. Breakfast is left at your door every morning as they cannot die buffet style due to the pandemic. One night I Noticed a used coffee cup on the back of the toilet tank in a main lobby bathroom and when I went to that same bathroom the next night the cup was still there which leads me to believe the bathroom was not cleaned over this 24 hrs period and this is the lobby bathroom.

Good hotel in Bromont, comfy bed and a good night’s sleep.

Comfortable beds. Toilet did not flush. No shuttle to ski hill . Too expensive for what you get. Jacuzzi is old. Aircondition/ heater is extremely noisy and either roo hot or too cold

All was as expected, great location, good views, very clean and good continental breakfast included!
