We requested our group to be all together, when we checked in we were told we were in a row of rooms, when we got to our rooms, we were in the same hall, several doors away from each other. They gave us a $50 food credit, which was never applied to any of our rooms. Then we got a noise complaint at 10a in the morning, guess they should have put all our rooms together like they said they would!

it is the better of the hotels in the mandalay casino complex, the air always smells of vanilla it is too strong, the temp is too cold.

Not a happy customer
A room was not ready when we checked in. They were supposed to call us within an hour to give us a room. After two hours waiting, we went back to stand on-line so we could beg for a room. There was only one person helping on the counter with several people waiting on line. In the room, there was a couple of water bottles and coffee, which I assume were complimentary. I was wrong. There was not a sign telling me that there was a cost once I remove the items from the stand. The waters cost $18.00 each and the coffee cost $14.00 each. Ouch!!! Not a happy customer. We would not stay at Delano in the future.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Had a small issue with an unfriendly check in girl. No greeting. Just said “name” to my wife. But, a bad attitude by one employee couldn’t take anything away from the overall experience.
