Service and staff extremely helpful . Enjoyed our stay

Great location: 10-minute walk from the bus station and center. It’s easy finding and in a quiet area.The room is very clean and well-designed with the wonderful sea view. It’s very quiet and warm also the mattress and bedding are so comfortable that I got a very good sleep. The staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. The breakfast is tasty with variety. The only minus is the jacuzzi and the pool. The water is a little cold.

Breakfast was very good. Staff generally nice. Location is fantastic. When we first did the check in we had got a bad room, but then we asked change it and we had a better one; the reception did knew about the problems of this room and still they tried to give it to us. We have paid 12.5 € a day for parking

Waiting almost 2 hours for our rooms. People are very pleasant. Sink in bathroom was made by someone not so smart, and someone even less smarter paid for that work.

Great restaurants close by. Nice place to stay away from main city hustle and bustle. Car parking available. Good location to explore Istria peninsula

In all the years of traveling around the world I have never experience what my husband and I do at this hotel. Staff careless no customer service what so ever. In the rooms air conditioning poor, bathrooms the water spills out of the tub. The humidity smell in the rooms horrible. We will never go back to this hotel or recommended Worth experience ever

Nicely located hotel, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Opatija. We had a superior room with a view of the small marina by the hotel. The room could have done with a bit of smartening up, the paintwork and carpet was a little tatty, but the beds and pillows were comfortable. The tap in the bathroom did not fit over the sink properly so washing your hands caused the water to go everywhere. We had half board and the food was help yourself buffet style. Overall it was good with quite a choice available.

We only stayed one night but it was fine. The hotel is clean, the buffet breakfast and dinner are good. My only complaint is the smoke smell which seemed to linger around the hotel.

I booked this hotel planning to rest and relax. I expected to spend the day using the outdoor pool and lounge chairs- nope! The pool is under construction and has been for awhile. Disappointed! On a lighter note, the staff were lovely and helpful.
