Villa Brunel

Other than the fact that it's very well situated by the Porte Maillot bus station, I would not recommend it to others. Yes, it's basic, the closet doors were not closing at all (one was damaged), and it looked old in general. Yes, I do realize I am talking about Paris, but you can find more updated places if you wish. In any case, good "transit" room for one night.

Great location close to Arc de Triumphe. Small rooms but has everything you need. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Will stay again on my next trip to Paris

Stayed here for a couple of nights with family. Staff was very nice and friendly, and the room was spacious by Paris standards. The area was great for us, close to jardins d'acclimatation for kids (very nice fair grounds), bois de Boulogne for runners, bakery, carrefour city, bar around the corner etc.. It's not as vibrant as some other areas, nor is it in the midst of tourist attractions, but the quality/price ratio worked great for our family. I only wished they'd let you get an espresso and croissant for breakfast, instead of having to purchase the buffet.

The location was pretty good. Smaller hotel with super small elevator. Overall, was ok for the price.
