The Westin New York at Times Square

What is with these hidden "resort fees"? These hotels compete on price, and then they hit you with an extra $30 charge when you check in. It's deceptive, dishonest, and despicable. And Hotels.com is aiding and abetting these deceitful practices by not listing the fees as part of the overall cost. Your company should be ashamed of such collusion.

Had to call repeatedly for house keeping. When I pointed that out attendant told me I had do not disturb on when I did not at all.

Me and two kids stayed there for 4 nights . The location is super good but I don’t see it worth the 4 star hotel . The room cleaning was really terrible . Of the four nights , only one night the room was cleaned properly and we even left a thank you note and a small tips every day . Other nights there was always sth missing .. but guess since the location is good , I guess ppl will not mind

everything 100% start to finish great crew will return next time.

This was a getaway for me and the wife. We came to see a show on Broadway. The hotel was clean and all staff interaction was pleasing and helpful. The only negative was we stopped at the concierge desk to try and see what kind of reservations or suggestions for places to eat nearby but the rep didn’t seem too helpful or wanting to try. Overall we loved the location and for the type of weekend we were having away from the kids and such I was ok with paying the price for the convenience and amenities they had to offer. The room was perfect and had great views of the city. Loved the shower and the water pressure. Bed was extremely comfortable especially after having walked all over the city and Central Park.
