Wifi was awful, building was still in construction, was closed during the Corona virus outbreak, and everyone was kicked out.

Great room at a good price. Overall the room was clean but the towels weren't completely clean.

The rooms were newly renovated. Kids liked the new bunks. Close to shops and restaurants. There was no parking available so took me about an your to find one in the dark on a Saturday night. It says parking available on website but apperently that was full. The place is very noise. We stayed in a family room and opposite us was a group of young people partying all night before leaving at mit night and then partying again from 4am onwards. Sleep went out the window that night. Not a good place to stay as a family.

In general I liked the stay at this place, especially counting low price. I liked the location, nice staff But I may complain on early cleaning, at the time a slept so during all our stay the room haven't been cleaned. The sheets were clean not full of some black hair... That was weird and kinda disgusting. And the difference between check in and ckech out time is 5 hours, too much. Would be really nice if they make check in at least at 12 and check out at 14.

Really good value 2 night stay in Berlin. Room was clean and beds v comfy! basic but clean bathroom facility (only downside was hot water seems to run-out a bit later in the evenings, so luke-warm shower) Very friendly and helpful staff- we paid 10€ for late check-out (2pm as opposed to 10am) but didn’t need it after all, was refunded without question. Nice on site bar, vending facilities and 24h lockers for suitcases on checkout day for just €2. In the lovely Friedrichshain district, a stones throw from lots of great bars, restaurants and trendy cafes- lots of vegan cafes around too. Only 5 min walk from Ostkreuz station too, so excellent transport links. Stayed here for the Berlin marathon and it was just perfect for our needs- would def book here again!!

It was good for what you pay! the service was great! I like everyone at the reception.

Location was great for those travelling in from airport and lots of bars and places to eat in the evening.

The place is without elevator, so travelers with pieces of heavy luggage should prepare to carry them up to their rooms through the staircase. It would be nice if a kettle could be available in the room.

Good sized room, clean bathroom. Key cards didn't work well. Very noisy with cafe tables right outside our window.
