The hotel is very central and has everything you need around it. Staff is nice too! The only recommendation I have for the hotel is, don't use 2 single beds together thinking you would make a double bed. Please invest in buying proper double beds.

Great location - close to the main square and a central tram interchange. Also only 6 or 7 mins walk to two supermarkets and the cathedral. The basic kitchen facilities were fine for a few days. The beds were OK (if a bit on the firm side for my liking). Having stayed the previous few days at a Citadines in Paris, we felt that this particular property was slightly inferior in terms of facilities. There is no air conditioning in the rooms which got quite hot at night (we stayed in August). We left the windows open but this meant that we were disturbed during the night with noise from the street below and also early in the morning ( bin collections etc.). Although a fan was provided, this did not really cool the room down. Also, small details like there being no shower gel provided, no hooks on the bathroom door, no wash hand basin or extractor in the separate toilet etc. However, overall I would still consider staying here again due to the central location and value for money.

The room is non-air conditioned and if the weather hot. Housekeeping is not included in the room rate you have to pay extra.

Great location and very helpful staff, the only thing that was missing was air conditioning which certainly would have been appreciated!

This is my first bad review of a hotel! Issue 1: We booked this hotel mainly for it's parking. The day we got there, the road to the hotel was closed and we had to park somewhere else. I understand this happens and it's not their fault. They said they would give us a discounted rate for parking at this garage and the card they gave never worked. We ended up paying full price! 44 euros! Issue 2: I prepaid for this hotel. But when we got to the hotel, the lady told us they don't have a payment and charged me again! I called hotels.com and asked them to sort it out. They called the hotel and apparently the lady "missed" our payment made before. If I hadn't checked with hotels.com I could have just ended up paying twice. SO BEWARE! Issue 3: The lady said she needs her manager to refund my payment. Never once apologized for her mistake. That night I went to check my status of refund and some rude guy at the reception kept insisting I shouldn't make a big deal out of it! Of course its a big deal for me. IT'S MY MONEY! I understand mistake happens but it doesn't hurt to be apologetic! The manager who ended up refunding the money was the worst! Not once did I hear the word sorry! Issue 4: This place does not have AC. If you are an American like me traveling in the middle of summer skip this place! And it's also not very clean. Overall this place was a complete disappointment!
