De Vere Devonport House

This was a nice hotel which was good value. Room smallish, but bathroom had a bath. Breakfast pretty good. Good location in Greenwich.

Great location room was not clean and the hotel itself in need of long overdue tlc Definitely overpriced and definitely not 4 stars Staff were friendly and helpful

Disappointing notably for the price - basic room, poor breakfast, and front desk staff unable to produce an invoice (due to online payment - however every other hotel can and does do this)

We stay at this hotel whenever we go to the O2, it is friendly, comfortable, and central for our needs. On this occasion my Wife was woken up at around 01-00 in the morning by someone who had opened the door and was standing in the door way!!!! I had been working for 36hours and so she did not wake me as the Man closed the door and was gone, In the morning my Wife spoke to the reception who just said that they were aware of it as it was housekeeping and the records showed that the room was EMPTY , we had been booked in for two nights. No apologies were given or any other reasons.

Birthday to be near London room to small bed very small outdated hotel no heating in bathroom bar opening hours not good. little thing no gin glass wind coming through the window
