Vintage House

Review for the Vintage House: Modern and elegant hotel located perfectly within beautiful Yountville. The rooms are big and packed with everything you need for a perfect stay. Breakfast is rich and tasty. But the main thing I’d like to point out is the quality of hospitality the amazing staff provides. Everyone, from the valet to the managers, are super professional, friendly and makes you feel like you’re their only guest. I’ve never had a service experience like that before. The final result - the most perfect vacation ever! Book at least 3 nights in this amazing place to enjoy everything Yountville and Napa Valley has to offer.

Beautiful hotel in the most beautiful town. Walking distance to all of Yountville's finest dining establishments.

We just wrapped up a great stay, however I have some feedback that I hope is helpful to potential guests and the hotel management. PROS: the room is beautiful and spacious, the bed was great, the staff are very helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, and the location is perfect for walking to great restaurants. MAJOR CON: the noise from the highway traffic that could be heard inside the Deluxe King room was ridiculous and made it impossible to enjoy the balcony/outdoor area. When I called the front desk we were moved to a downstairs room, which made the noise inside the room better, but I still had to use earplugs to sleep and leave the bathroom fan running all night to try to drown out the traffic. It is shocking to me that a hotel could charge that much for a room and not go to every length (build an exterior wall, use better wall insulation in the rooms, soundproof windows, etc.) to manage the noise at least inside the room. I really hope management will address this issue.

We loved our stay at the Vintage House! Beautiful room , very beautiful grounds and superb breakfast area and food! All staff were super friendly. Only downside was that it was pretty pricey, but for a special occasion it would be nice!
