La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Downtown Conference Center

When we first got to our room and opend the door there was dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom, the bed was not made , there was cigarette and ashes on the night stand and bottles on the floors. I called the front office and he gave me a new room its in better condition but does not have a trash can in the bathroom and the garage is very questionable and not to mention the beds are hard but i guess atleast the staff is very nice and friendly!

I was most disappointed with the water pressure - there was not much. And also the towels weren’t clean

The rooms were disgusting and not clean. There was dried blood in our bathtub. The floor was not vacuumed and had trash on it. Had to move rooms twice due to odors coming from smoking in room next door

The good news is that we didn’t sleep in the freezing weather. The bad news is that we slept in this decrepit hotel. The carpets - filthy! The bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly. There was broken furniture in the room. The shower handle came right off and the shower didn't work. The only reprieve is that we could walk across the street to the McDonald's that was open. I'm sure 25 years ago this hotel was a beauty...but this is 2021...I've slept in better hotels in Mali, Ukraine and Poland than this nasty hotel...but as I mentioned, I wasn’t outside in the cold...so hunt the good stuff

Not a surface in that place is clean. It smells like smoke everywhere you go. The floors are filthy. The wallpaper is literally stained with cigarette smoke and peeling off the walls. The sheets are scratchy and look dirty. They gave us a room where the mattress was literally indented in the middle. It was extremely uncomfortable. We would have gone somewhere else, but we were checking in at 2am in the middle of a snow storm. The only pro was the hospitality when we were checking in, the front desk guy was VERY nice and helpful. Especially for it being so late at night.

The sink in the bathroom did not have hot water. The elevators were not clean and their were a lot of stains on the exterior carpets. Also, the area around the ice machine was not clean.

The stay was okay. Housekeeping banged on the door at 10 something that morning asking about check out and then another one came at 11am saying that check out was at 11. This web site says that check out is at noon but the hotel manager named Franz said that check out is at 11. This was frustrating because they kept coming to the door.

Location was good, condition was horrible. Lady of the night in parking garage. No trash can in room. Walmart sack over smoke detector. Hair in bathroom. Carpet nasty and smelled like pot.

I was definitely taking good care of. The staff was very kind and helpful. I will certainly be staying again in the near future.
