Staff and service brilliant, rooms small but comfortable and would have liked heating in the bathroom, great location my only criticisms are which I’m sure hotel can address easily are as follows: 1. Air conditioning/heating in our room 404 was really really noisy to the point we had to switch it off as we couldn’t sleep and I can normally sleep through anything. 2. Also in our room where the air conditioning/heater is was badly fitted with a hole to the outside which let in cold air and with temperature low whilst we were there wasn’t good. 3. Would have liked to be able to get a coffee from bar during the day as was told we couldn’t have one and had to have a cold drink.

We stayed at the hotel metro ( soon to be rixby ) for 5 nights and it was brilliant, staff lovely , room spotless and position for macys and times square was great. This is my 5th visit to new york and i will definitely use this hotel again thank you x

We stayed in a newly renovated room with 2 queen beds. The bathroom was large and had a neat shower. The room and hallway was decorated in good taste.
