Plaza Hotel Lucchesi

Outstanding hotel, the best I stayed at in Italy ever and one of the best in Europe. My room was comfortable, welcoming and their small yet thoughtful touches makes you feel that they thought of everything for you. My room has a view of the Arno river and Piazzale Michaelangelo. It’s a perfect place to experience the glare of the Tuscan sun on a clear day and a misty Tuscan skyline on a cloudy day. The rooftop has a bar and offers a 360 view of the city. The people at the breakfast room are the loveliest. And, ohhh, they have provided “handy” which you can bring anywhere and served as my tour guide and map. Highly recommended and I would stay here again if given a chance. Grazie mille!!!

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS PERFECT!

I would have to say it was the most amazing place we stayed while on our vacation in Italy. The rooms were beautiful with every amenity you can imagine. Wood flooring, Murano lighting fine tapestries and bedding. The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful.

Premium room is small! If you want space and a view, get the superior room. But other than that, the service was outstanding, especially Giovanni who went completely out of his way to take care of me as I was not feeling well. His bar mixologist partner was above amazing, too! Breakfast was the best we had at any hotel. Location was far enough away from the busy center of town and yet within a mere 10-15 min walk to all excitement! Roof top view is very lovely.
