The room had hair on the walls in the bathroom. The hot tub that wasn’t working had duct tape all around it. The lights in the bathroom and above the coffee pot counter went out, making it difficult to apply makeup.

Check in was quick and pleasant. The clerk was very helpful and pleasant. He went above and beyond to help us get settled. The room was very clean and decent considering how reasonable the prices were. There are several restaurants within walking distance ( if we hadn’t been so tired we would have walked) There was plenty of parking and the folks in neighboring rooms were quite too. The clerk took extra time to show me how to get to places I was interested in visiting and he even printed information for me since I could not get my computer online. ( It was my old computer and not the wi fi at the hotel. This is a beautiful area and the people are super helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Coffee pot was dirty. Tub didn’t drain well. A sheet was stained. Staff was quite friendly, but there was an overall lack of attention to the room itself.

You get what you pay for. The staff was friendly but the room was not the cleanest. The coffee pot had dust on it, the bathtub had body hair in it, the bathroom fan did not work, we had multiple conditioners but not shampoo (which I brought my own). This is just a half way to our destination, so it will do for a night.

My husband and I were returning from a NC trip. We made our reservation last minute and had no problem with getting a room. A request for a lower floor was honored which I appreciated. Our room was very clean, comfortable beds, and a very clean bathroom. From check-in to check-out all personnel were very friendly. The lady working in the breakfast area was very friendly and always cleaning which made me feel comfortable with their concern for clients safety! My only negative(which is not a big concern) was a housekeeping lady loudly yelling "Housekeeping " in the hall as well as having a loud conversation regarding a "toilet issue". We had checked in late evening so it was a bit of a jarring wakeup. lol All in all, a pleasant and comfortable stay ! Thank you Baymont.

Noisy in hall, slippery tub, old building, outlets were loose almost unusable, and no hot water in the sink.

For the price of was an alright stay. The first morning the housekeeping lady didn't want to take no for an answer and tried to come in my room, and then told me check out was 11 when I was still staying two more days. My key card had to be reset daily. And for and reason I had to complete the check in process two days in a row which was odd. I wouldn't stay at this location again.

You know how you just want a place to lay your head in the middle of a long drive? This is not that place. The rate was great for what is suppose to be a decent chain, the experience was not. I booked this room under the guise of it including a free breakfast. Naturally, COVID changes things - so I expected at least a grab and go bag. This was not the care. No breakfast. Strike one. The room and hallway were lackluster. It was outdated and needed some deep cleaning. The quality of the bed was lumpy and dank. The fixtures and furniture were in need of a polish. The hair dryer was old and rusty and I chose not to use it so I could avoid starting a fire. The A/C created annoying and inconsistent sounds. So getting to sleep was challenging. Strike two. The real icing on the cake was the smell of body odor on the bedspread. I didn’t notice it at first but when I laid a specific way, the smell penetrated my airway. I eventually took it off and had no other smells, well none that were as alarming. Strike three. Needlesstosay, Sorry COVID is happening and causing the world to shift but no one should ever pay to be in a hotel room with the residual smell of someone else.

Okay. Good value. Nice staff. Needs upgrading.

Everything seemed to be clean except the bathroom floor and the coffee pot was disgusting
