Best Western Airport Inn

Decent place, toilet flooded down the hall, our toilet water ran until we fixed it twice. Comfortable beds.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting and I couldn’t get past the awful smell. They tried to give me a different room but the other room was just as bad. I asked for a refund and I got a different room somewhere else.

The first day we had no water for over an hour. the third day there was no hot water for over 5 hours. There are signs in the hotel that say sanitizer is available at many places in the hotel. NONE of them had any sanitizer in them. I asked the front desk every day if they were going to fill them. they told me a couple of times that they were filled up....but they WEREN'T!!! Ridiculous!

Only stayed one night but will stay here again. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I would recommend this Best Western.

Check in was frustrating to start, because although the room was clean we were not allowed to check in early. We arrived at 1:30 pm and check in was at 3pm. We waited at the pool, but the pool only had 3 lounge chairs and 2 regular chairs for our family of 6. The pool was dirty and very cold. Upon checking in, the room was sub-par. The ceiling above the shower was falling apart causing pieces of drywall to chip off, and the ceiling had a sag from a presumed leak above it. The carpet floor in the entryway of the room was soaked and smelled of mold. The pull out sofa was so broken, the bed was at a 45° angle and when maintenance was called he wasn’t even able to put it away and was sticking out the remainder of the stay. The portable bed they brought in to replace the pull out sofa was a twin size that we had to have 2 of our adult children sleep in together because they didn’t have another one.

Quiet, close to everything, clean,good breakfast, great friendly staff.

I was disappointed with this place. The shower dripped lukewarm water, the bed mattress was worn and needed to be replaced, and the carpet looked and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Nice staff but management is not on their job.

Mask wearing clearly called on entrance and at desk. Person before and after us checking in did not. Desk associate said nothing. Pool very cold. Family obviously not staying at hotel were using pool...employee relation? No linens/blankets for sofa bed...had to retrieve from desk. Toilet seat would not stay up on its own...had to hold up while using. Bathroom door difficult to maneuver around while accessing....almost comical setup. Faucet handles for hot and cold mislabeled in room area. Could not engage shower lever fully resulting in shower and tub faucet operation at same time. Expected much more from a Best Western.

I arrived at 7:00 PM and waited for one hour and I couldn't check in because no one was there in the reception. I was very tired and I needed my room. It was unbelievable I called and of course the phone rang in front of me with no one answering it. It was the worst night ever and on the holidays. The day after I understood they closed the breakfast and the room service because it was 25th but neither on the 26 I got my room cleaned. Very Very disappointing.
