SpringHill Suites Chicago O'Hare by Marriott

I had a fantastic stay! I arrived 5 hours earlier than check-in time and the women at the desk were so helpful finding me a room to check in to so I could rest and freshen up before going to meet with a client. My room was so clean and tidy. When it came to checking out, they let me stay an extra hour since I didn't have to be at the airport till way later. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

As usual, another great review for this place! I can’t say enough great things from the staff to the location to the amenities.... always my go to location for a staycation!!!

I was surprised not only how nice it was... but even on the expressway side....didnt hear any traffic.

Staff very friendly and helpful to hold luggage after checkout, gave information on free shuttle service, rooms spacious and clean, free wifi, free breakfast. All I could ask for in a hotel.

We booked our room hoping for a nice stay with our usual hotel brand (Marriott) as first time visitors to Chicago. Our room was supposed to fit 6 and it only had room for 5 people to sleep. One of my guests had to sleep on the floor in front of the door to the room. When I went to the front desk to ask about what we can do for this, they said the room fits "6 children" and that it was correct online and that she could offer me a blanket for my guest's stay (on the floor!!!). Additionally, we searched places that had parking included. The reservation said that parking was included so we did not think anything of it. Parking was included....for a price of $17/day that was not advertised to us. This whole stay was disappointing from the service to their willingness to work with us. I will not be using Marriott again even though I am a loyal member.
