The room was clean and ready for us. The staff, however, was less than helpful. No wifi password was given to us, and when we went down for breakfast instead of doing her job (there was no coffee made, condiments were missing, etc...), the person in charge of the breakfast stood in another room chatting with other employees. Another guest that had hotel experience made the coffee and put the pot back together so we could get some. Unacceptable. I have stayed in Quality Inn hotels for my whole vacation and never had this bad of service.

Wonderful stay with great breakfast.
The HOT breakfast (biscuits, gravy, waffles, eggs - available until 11am on weekends!) was great; the pool was relaxing. It was REALLY quiet! Didn't hear people in the hallway or other rooms. Only issue for me was the beds - they were like a waterbed; stiff sides and centers that swallowed you. I'm sure others find them wonderful, but not me. That was the only thing in an otherwise very relaxing stay.

Our curtains did not block out the streetlight that was shining directly in our room. It made it really, really hard to sleep. Also, the breakfast did not look edible. The staff was nice, although the did not seem prepared for our arrival, even though it was after checkin. And the wifi did not work. And we were not given any info on a password, even though there was a faster network with password option.
