Super 8 by Wyndham Russellville

Looks are deceiving from outside and lobby! When you enter the lobby, you get a smell that very pungent. Smells like dill pickles. Lobby was clean. The front desk was not super friendly, but just ok. Because of COVID was supposed to be limited breakfast, if you count limited nothing. After checking, we pulled down and entered the side door. Same pungent smell, dill pickles. As we enter the room, looks so dirty and run down! On the blankets, were stained, and they made flowers of clean towels and put on the stain blankets for decoration. Sheets were cleaned so we stripped those blankets off. Pulled back sheets, vinyl covering and no sign of bedbugs, which that was a plus. The carpet between the beds were wet & sticky, scared to remove our shoes. There were 24 inch incense laid across the lamp. Dust an inch thick lined all beds & lamps. Trash and dust under the bed. Dirty towel, I guess from a previous guest left hanging on the back door. After driving 10 1/2 hours, I was exhausted and so was my kids, what was the point of causing an uproar, I love to blog & leave reviews. We had 2 rooms. Paid $157 for 2 rooms, and it was not clean!

There was one shower towel. The wash cloth was filthy as was the towel that looked like a flower on the bed. The room had an odd smell. I recomend using some bleach in your laundry. The front desk staff was great!

Placed a random hold on my card and then when I called and spoke with the GM was extremely rude and started raising his voice and shouting at me. All I asked for was proof of the hold being reversed and he told me he couldn't give me any proof. Will never stay with this unbelievably rude staff again

I like the concept of electric vehicles, but a free fueling station is too far! I didn’t see them offer me a free tank of fuel with my stay! Having the charging station is fine, but please charge for it.

The hotel is hard to get to, the room smelled musty and the chair in the room was so dirty and old it should have been in the trash long ago. We will not be back.

It was ok, only eggs on the breakfast no sausage or bacon for breakfast. No fruit

The room was nice , clean...The breakfast was watered scrambled eggs. Bread, NO bacon or sausage , cold cereal. No yogurt , fruit. Kind of disappointed in that area..

Overal good for the price. A few cleanliness issues (mildewed shower curtain, what appeared to be a glob of toothpaste above shower.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
