Hotel Isla Mallorca & Spa

I had a great experience with Hotel Isla Mallorca. The staff were friendly and offered quick service. The location of the hotel is perfect as you are near many of the cities attractions, shopping, food and more. The hotels cleanliness was amazing and theh have great ammendities. I was even able to check in early. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Mallorca.

Fabulous hotel, clean spacious rooms, great shower, quiet residential area, free on street parking. Friendly staff, 25 minute walk to the cathedral, 10 minutes to the sea front. Fantastic breakfast, lots of choice, very good quality.

Great quiet location, 25 mins stroll to the old town but close enough to bars and places to eat if you do not fancy the walk

Excellent Hotel, no complaints

Pleasant staff, comfy bed, clean all round. Good choice of food at breakfast, unfortunately some of the cooked stuff a bit on the cold side. Nice walk to the marina.

The location is amazing close to Allshops grocery stores downtown area etc. very easy to get around the city on public transportation or simply walking

Fair location, bit of a walk to Marina. Was upgraded to a Suite, there were 3 of us, but 2 beds and a sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable.

Friendly staff Clean rooms Nice pool and sunbathing area Will stay here again Good view of pool and castle Quiet hotel room Good size room Toiletries restocked well each day Suggestions to improve taken from other 4* hotels: Hot plates needed in restaurant as food became cold very quickly at breakfast Allergy food label in restaurant, was not clear what was gluten free etc at breakfast More serving cutlery so meat servers weren’t mixed with vegetarian servers - I am not a vegetarian but some vegetarians wouldn’t like this A fridge with a door in restaurant to keep breakfast milk cold rather than just a cold plate at breakfast Water machine in reception would be good Bottled water restocked in room would also be good Instead of charging €10 deposit per pool towel, give out tokens for them on check in to swop for a towel each time. And if these arnt returned on check out, then charge €10 each towel. Was given 2 twin beds pushed together when booked and asked for a double-are all double rooms like this? Overall would stay again as it was a great hotel just a few tweaks from my suggestions above could make it even greater-but thank you for a lovely stay

In an excellent position. Bar, supermarket and restaurants within 5 mins walk (right out of hotel, right and right). These are local places not that touristic. (Pizza Industria excellent.) Castell de Belver 30 mins walk (steep path). Catedral de Mallorca 15 mins walk. Breakfast and evening buffet excellent. Checkout and getting a taxi very efficient and friendly.

Really like hotel staff were lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable Facilities were very good here used pools
