Great location , helpful staff, onsite parking bonus - bathroom layout did not quite work but was fine overall And decent size room

Great hotel right opposite the tube. Professional and friendly staff. Restaurant food good for both breakfast & evening meal. Checkout time of 12:00 very pleasing.

Elevators weren’t working during entire stay. Weather was very hot and a/c in the room wasn’t working. Made it difficult to sleep. When brought to pothe front desk attention all they would do was say that the weather was warm and nothing could be done. But apparently there was no problem with the lobby a/c. Took advantage of the $5 credit for skipping turn down service and it was a nightmare trying to get the hotel restaurant to honor it Public restroom on the bar/restaurant level reeked like an open sewer line.

Ask the receptionist to get someone to look at the Air con in my room, as it wasn’t working, she said she would, this never happen, it was 30 degree, we got little sleep that night.

Great hotel. Good location. Would definitely recommend.
