Best Western Salisbury Plaza

The stay was okay, the room was cleanish, smelled like weed, neighbors were really loud and outside being loud late at night, girls bringing random men into their rooms. Fridge had left over food in it so we didn’t even touch the fridge.. Most of all!’ THIS HOTEL LIKES TO STEAL DEPOSITS! They charge 100 for deposit, I bought 2 rooms one for me and one for somebody else, she paid her own deposit, Neither of us got a deposit back!

Hotel is very nice. Its Very clean. And it Looks new.

It was so amazing to stay there. Those staffs are friendly!!

It is motel style. I did sign up for 2 beds, didn't realize they were so small. Felt like full size beds. We entered and the room was really musty. Got better hours later with constant AC running. Floor in bathroom had slick layer of what we thought must of been cleaner or soap. It made it very slick. We need to put towels down in the bathroom to keep from slipping. Noise from outside was excessive. Also smelled smokers near by, even though our room was non smoking. Not a great stay. I would pay $40 more for a nicer place. Paid for being Cheap.

The room I stayed in had roaches, one was even in the bed I slept in which is really disgusting. I went to the front desk and asked for a manager to get a refund and I was told they wouldn't be in until Monday at 7am. I went back Monday at 7am and I was told the manager doesn't come in until 9am. I'm currently trying to get a refund but was told that I couldn't because I can't cancel after checking in to the hotel.

The lady at the front counter was very rude. Asked her about the deposit on my card and she just said that’s what we do no explanation or anything.

Very predictable, clean room

Conditions of the room smell of humity , bathroom the paper roll was coming out of the wall they put me on a handicap cap room . went my reservation was made a week in advance. Later on the early that morning I observed a room next to my entire night emptyempty with the king size bed that I make the reservation for.

The fitness room was not what i expected and some equipment was not working

This Best Western Hotel was indeed a very nice place to stay and I would recommend it. However, I did not like the fact that I was told I had to charge an extra $100 to my credit card for possible room damages after we check out. I have been to hotels that have asked for a credit card to be kept for residuals such as room service but, I have never had to put any money on my credit card for any such thing in my life and they claim that this is a Best Western policy. I don't think so and I'm going to check up on it. Another thing that bothered me was the fact that we had to request maid service when we weren't in the room each day otherwise we weren't going to get clean towels we weren't going to have the bed remade and we weren't going to have the room cleaned up unless we requested it which I think is pretty unsat and the first time I have ever experienced that.
