Club Regina Puerto Vallarta

I will never stay here again. From the moment we arrived, we were approached by their sales team. They asked if they could buy us breakfast the next day and tell us about the property. We told them that we were not interested in a timeshare because we were in Mexico to sign docs for the purchase of a home. We agreed to meet the next day. When we arrived the next day, they greeted us and then sprung on us that they needed at least 90 minutes of our time. I said that this is not sounding like a timeshare presentation, and that we weren’t interested and they said no it’s more like an “Expedia program”. Regardless, I told them that we didn’t have 90 min that we were meeting real estate agent in an hour They said no problem, go have breakfast, charge it to our room and that they will reimburse us. They asked if we’d be interested in doing it another day, that they’d pay for another breakfast AND give us a voucher for a 3 night stay. We agreed because we could give the voucher to our family. The next day they were late for our presentation, I told them we had to leave at a hard time. They got extremely rude and told us to leave. When checking out we were charged for the breakfast and were created with an extremely rude front desk manager. It was the worst customer service fir a hotel that was very dated. I only stayed here because they offered suites, and we needed more room since we brought our children and grandparent, normally we stay at the Marriott which is SO much better.

It is a little old but everything was great. Pool was great. Beach view and access couldn’t have been better. Due to the humidity and heat; condensation occurred night one but that was fixed - leave the air on. No issues to report even with Covid

Staff was rude specially the guy in reception... face unfriendly and Giving me attitude . Installations are not expecting what I have fue a club ... service in the beach was so slow and expensive. I’m not gonna take club Regina as my choice to stay in puerto Vallarta again . .. and there is a lady trying to sell a member card in the front desk very pushy when I was so hair for the weather and the last thing I were involved were in a club promotions.
