Hampton Inn & Suites Agoura Hills

Comfortable room, conscientiously cleaned & disinfected. Very nice staff - easy in, easy out. Not high luxury, but slept well for a reasonable price.

Wonderful hotel tucked away in a niche of Agoura Hills, right next to Westlake Village and near Malibu. Me and the beau went for a hiking day trip thru the hills and this hotel was perfectly located, private, and away from traffic. Definitely worth the upgrade if you go for the Kings bed with Jet spa bedroom. The rooms are large, the hotel was quiet, and the check in was very easy. Covid has them brown bagging breakfast but it’s not as bad as people make it out to be. You pick out your own items, there’s no limit on what you can get, and the server was super sweet! I’ll definitely stay again on my next Malibu trip to tackle more of the trails and to relax in my private jet spa!

The facility and rooms were clean and comfortable. I was not a big fan of the bag breakfasts. I know the take out style breakfast is due to Covid-19, but the food was not fresh. Otherwise, great stay.

They upgraded to a spa room. The pool didn't require a reservation.

Cooling system was old and did not work well.

Room was nice but the water rarely got hot was lukewarm most of the time. Wouldnt care as much, but i got the jetted tub, ya know?

Beautiful location in the hills. Nice staff. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

I booked two rooms for my staff and when they checked in the front desk guy named Arsen Khanbabaian who is the Guest Services manager here said there was only one room under the reservation. I then forwarded the email confirmation to my employee and he went back to the front desk and showed them the confirmation again and they said hotels.com messed up.
