Red Roof Inn & Suites Augusta West

The hotel is old and it feels old yet it is very clean and well maintained. Everything could be updated. The staff was very friendly. Pets stay free. Our remote control for our t.v. wouldn't work and they couldn't figure it out and just wouldn't change out t.v.'s from another room. So, it wasn't until our last night there that our t.v. worked properly.

I paid for 2 queen beds per the package I purchased. They are only double sized WAY TOO SMALL

I was very disappointed in my stay at this red roof inn. First of all I didn’t feel safe walking to my car in the parking lot. Lots of random people walking around at night and there seemed to be people all hours of the night at the pool. Secondly they advertised laundry facilities when were out of order; I was there on business and needed wash my uniforms; no one offered a solution others than “you can go to a laundromat”, the clerk gave me no suggestions as too where a safe laundromat was and as a single woman in a city I wasn’t familiar with I didn’t feel comfortable randomly picking one. My room and sheets smelled like stale cigarettes even though this is a non smoking hotel. Very disappointed and I won’t revisit this hotel.

There are much better choices out there if you like your sleep. Too loud, paper thin walls and floors.

They didn't have the room I booked..I booked a Jacuzzi and they put me in a regular suite I would like a refund wasn't in the room that was paid for

This is a mice hotel. The young man who checked me in was very nice and courteous. Im not sure of his name but I checked in around 8pm.

This hotel is in the perfect location to explore much of what the Augusta Metro area has to offer. The staff were professional, the room was clean and all in all, would recommend this place to any whom were simply looking for a clean, safe and quiet place to get a good nights rest.

The towels still had hair on them, the light in bathroom flickered and gave us a head ache, no lotions in the bathroom and soap was very cheap. The room seemed muggy (windows are dated) all around just needs updating

It was far the best stay we have ever had!! The hotel was Top notch Clean!!
