Hampton Inn & Suites St. Louis/Chesterfield

Very clean, especially with COVID-19 practices. and comfortable I appreciated the self-service packaged breakfast which many hotels aren't providing anymore. Nice and helpful staff.

Quick family weekend trip. Comfortable stay and great location with any restaurant you could want nearby. The hotel itself is in desperate need of updating and cleaning.

This hotel is AMAZING! The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I stayed here a few nights and every staff member is professional, courteous, and friendly. One of the staff members (one with whom I've never once interacted) greeted me by name and asked about my evening! I choose a hotel based on the fitness center (not the condition of the room). There's free weights and a pulley system - very nice. However, as an added bonus, the room was also fantastic (comfy, clean and spacious). Highly recommended!!!

Great stay! Nice and spacious in the suite. The morning front desk hostess is amazing. She literally made our trip that much more special. The pool and gym were well maintained. Very close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The con is the beds are very firm if that’s not your thing.

I always love staying at this Hampton. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice and very clean!! Sleep better there then I do at home!

This was a surprise getaway for my husband. Without asking, I was upgraded to a suite because the hotel manager decided to surprise both of us.

Good place to lay your head

The service was outstanding! The manager who checked us in and the housekeeper were so very warm and welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and there were lots of pillows, of various types even, so the whole family was able to sleep comfortably. The room did smell a little of mildew, but we were directly next to the pool. And the pool and hot tub were amazing. There was not a continental breakfast due to covid, but they stiff offered coffee, which was vert good. There were a couple of vending machines and a "concession stand" of sorts with an excellent selection of snacks and quick meal options available for purchase. The location was perfect as it was nust off the interstate and there were lots of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
