Extended Stay America - Boston - Burlington

Decent quite place to stay for the money and location however decor and ascetics need some updating, showing age, just cosmetics though

I would have preferred some milk at the coffee station and thought there was a pool. Otherwise I have no complaints for the one night I stayed.

The free breakfast was coffee and packaged muffins,

had to contact support to get my wifi going. turned out I had to flush my browser and use IE to login. It would so much easier if you just had customers use a single password without filling out a form. very very frustrating.

I could not believe the condition of the room. When my daughter sat on the bed, the other side of the bed lifted up. The light bulb next to one bed didn’t work. There was only one tiny shampoo bottle with no conditioner. The wood from the bathroom vanity was warped and sticking out. When I tried calling front desk, I found that the phone wasn’t working. Our room adjoined the next room. We could hear the people next door talk, banging sounds, smell of cigarettes and weed. I had to book another hotel (Marriot) for just a few dollars more. This was my first time trying Extended Stay. A horrible experience. We last only a few minutes, we couldn’t leave this place fast enough.

Nothing really may be just having a television in the room coffee is always cold, when you ask staff for hot coffee they arrogantly say “that is what we have for you”

Overall lacks quality in service. Room was ok, bathtub not very clean. Shower faucet mechanisms did work well. Carpets dirty.

Natalia and Angela, at the front desk, were very helpful and accommodated us for a late check out time of 130pm. After his interview, my son was able to return to the room and change out before our long drive home. Yes, we would were very pleased with the hotel and the staff were kind and welcoming.
