Club Quarters, Times Square - Midtown

Generally positive, but early morning noise by staff disrupted rest. Front desk attendant’s response to concern was brusque, and phone calls to the room by front desk attendant lacked courteous greetings or accommodating tone. That was a disappointment. The facilities and accommodations were clean and pleasant, and the general atmosphere was positive if a bit crowded.

Very reliable and consistent. Nothing fancy but great cost benefit. Love the Club Room with daily treats and happy hour with free wine. Also the free water on each floor. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Perfect location and accomodations for girls' trip. Last minute addition meant we needed rollaway bed which worked out well. Only charged for additional person which was minimal. They stored our luggage until check in time and brought to room. Coffee station was perfect to start the morning walking through the streets of New York. Reusable water bottles and filtered water station on our floor provided hydration for the day. Close to Times Square, Rockefeller Center and Central Park.

The service and staff was amazing, however, the room was so small. It felt like we were staying in a closet. Also, I requested a good view and we got a view of the alley where the mechanical stuff is kept. All we could see was that and other buildings. If you don’t mind that, then this is a perfect place to stay. They offered free snacks and refreshments (which was amazing). Only downfall was the space and view. I would definitely stay here again in the future though. I booked it at a great price.

The room was fine, a good price for a midtown Manhattan hotel. However, I was very disappointed that when I sat down in the restaurant to order breakfast, I was told that a full half of the menu items were unavailable. Fortunately, coffee and granola bars were available in the lounge.
