It might not look not a luxury from outside, but it is for sure in the moment you enter the room. We were three adults and you indeed have a separate space for two behind heavy curtains. Excellent room design, bath, toiletries as well as wellness.

Excellent hotel with a spacious room for a family for 4. The room was clean and very ambient. However the room air condition wasn’t working and it gave me any family great discomfort. Then to our disbelief the entire hotel’s air conditioning system was a defect with no cooling. Quite surprisingly this hotel has a 4.5 star. The hotel management should visit other 4 star and 3 star hotels to know how the room A/C works. Quite embarrassing hotel management couldn’t fix the A/C for a 4.5 star hotel. If this hotel’s A/C doesn’t work then they need to mention this clearly in their website!!!

Berlin is always nice, and whilst the location of this hotel is alright, it certainly is not the best. Lifts are old, and make weird squeaky noises. One of them even continuously stopped on every floor. The bed is soft, too soft for my taste. Pillows are way too soft. Even with 2 pillows there is barely any support. Body, shampoo and hand wash are the same product, just labelled differently. This is where a hotel can make a difference, but they did not. The hotel's slogan is "Stay individual". It's a huge hotel, and it's not individual at all. The rooms are the same obviously. The service was ok, not bad not great. If you want to stay individual, let your staff do something individual for example. Coffee machine was appreciated. All in all a meh stay. Not bad, not good.

Very good location, nice rooms. Unfortunately reception services are not at the same level. Few asks, all were not fulfilled, some advice needed about the parking zones, also no help received. Funny as in the hotel gallery they had a pictures saying, that all asks from customers are always yes... seems reception people never been there.

I had a lovely stay here. Good location and modern hotel. Thought the hotel would be very touristic however all the rooms are so creatively decorated and very comfortable. Thank you for making the best out of managing covid 19 so professionally as well as providing comfort !

My family were unable to travel due to COVID-19. Our flights were cancelled by the airline and we have been advised by our government to avoid ALL non-essential travel. I made multiple requests for a refund and they were all refused. All of the other hotels we booked gave us a refund. This is terrible customer service and the hotel should be ashamed. When we finally get through this pandemic and get to travel again there is no way I would ever book this hotel. Shameful.
