Hotel was nice and great customer service when we checked in. No a/c and room was a little cold even though the radiators were on. But other than that, had a fab few nights stay

I never stayed. The booking software made a mistake and i was still charged. I called for a refund within 4 minutes of booking to be told will not refund

Hotter than hell in here, no air con and a tiny fan to circulate the hot air. Had to open the windows to try to get some air (no luck) but that meant crap sleep due to noise. Lack of sleep compounded by the bed and worst pillows I have ever had the misfortune to sleep on. Booked this hotel based on reviews, I think I must have stayed at a different hotel to all those reviewers. Decor is heavy fabric, dark wood and oppressive, just to add to the overall pleasure of the overnight experience. £25 for a breakfast - how can you get away with charging something like that?!?! It’s hardly Claridges!!! Unpleasant and never to be repeated.... you have been warned! Avoid this hotel

We were disappointed with the way we were received on arrival which was formal not friendly.when asked about breakfast we were told because we booked with Hotels.com we were not provided with breakfast. Also when we inquired about discount because we were attending Harley st Clinic, we should have booked directly with them. We had no sleep that night because the fire doors between rooms continually banged. My husband had major hear surgery the next day.
