SpringHill Suites by Marriott St. Louis Chesterfield

Front desk attendant (Ron) checked me in at 3:00 am and was super nice and informative. Room was clean and well equipped with needed supplies. Mattress a little softer than I prefer but it didn’t hinder my sleep. Well lit parking. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s perfect for an overnight stay in a good neighborhood and close to anything you might need for shopping & entertainment. Very satisfied.

The hotel was well located the service is amazing they take care of you and everything you need the location is wonderful the breakfast was good the size of the room was perfect. And Dwayne was a really good guy(front desk)

Part of weekend stay with 2 other couples. All rooms were booked via Hotels.com but 2 of the 3 did not have cards verified at check in, one of them was told by check in attendant that the card could not be changed.

I was very pleased with the hotel and the room I was given. It was a suite, I was expecting to bring family but didn't, and it was nice. The couch area was large with a small kitchenette and second tv. I appreciated the lamps having outlets on their bases. The pool of course was not available not was the fitness room. I would stay again. Oh and I forgot to mention the breakfast was excellent, hot eggs and sausage or bacon. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

This was the most disappointing hotel I have ever stayed at. It is old and not clean. Everything in the room is very dated. I was supposed to stay several nights, but after just one I checked out. When I approached the front desk person to inform them...I couldn’t believe his face mask only covered his bottom lip, and the top of the mask was covered in snot and what appeared to be some blood. He would not agree to refund since I pre-paid. Never again.

we got deactivated the access key before check out date.receptionist demanded payment before check out date.we showed proof of email that we booked the room from the 29th to 11/02/20 and she told us we only booked from 10/29/ to 11/02/20 and spent 2hrs trying to reach orbitz on the lobby we had no choice but leave the premises and look for a hotel last minute.we still need an answer why this happen and who takes responsibility and get our money back for the night we got kicked out and payed for it.thx

We had two rooms. Our room was dirty. The carpet was so stained and felt dirty I wouldn’t walk barefoot in it. The ceiling fan had not been dusted in a long time. The toilet seat was half broken and maintenance didn’t work weekends. We we’re told we could change it if we wanted, but who does that. Bed was comfortable and shower was clean. We had actual glasses in the room and when we asked for clean ones, we were told that because of COVID, they hadn’t used glasses in over 6 months. For a Marriott, it was extremely disappointing. My daughters room wasn’t much better. In addition, we had booked through Hotels.com we were told that the room HAD to go on the credit card used to make the reservation, which was my mother’s credit card. Well my daughter asked if she could use her credit card and was told Not problem.’ So inconsistency in training of staff.

Clean rooms, fun and friendly staff, lots of parking, hot coffee and breakfast. Refrigerators in the room is great, good shower pressure. I still cleaned all surfaces with my own surface cleaner even though the room looked clean.

The property was clean and nicely oriented so you could get to different places you may want to go in a timely manner its was close to several restaurants, stores, and the zoo which was the main reason for our visit
