Windward Passage Hotel

there neds to be a microvava in the rooms and the balcony needs to be big enough to hold a least one chair

I pay for a room in front of the sea with king mattress but I received a room in front of the sea but two full mattress without pillows and everything was dirty

It's close to the airport. The property is in need of some TLC. The staff is very friendly and they try to help when they can, however don't expect much.

Very run down and dirty hotel. Nothing like the pictures. Mold on the curtains, holes in the curtains, bugs in the bathroom sink. The floor turned our feet black from dirt. Hair in the bed. The balcony in the picture was about 2 inches wide. Tiles falling apart. Over all it was gross and the pictures are misleading. Picture posted of what “one of their best” Mountain View rooms gives you... that is the room you get when you book a standard hotel room.

Great stay, I highly recommend Windward Passage Hotel.

They need to update all of the rooms, mine was extremely old and the view was overlooking a junkyard. The pool wasn’t set up like the pictures at all, same for the rooms. Wayyyy to old to be $240/night, so glad we only stayed 1 night.

This is a very convenient location. The hotel continues to be renovated following the hurricanes of 2018 so it isn't perfect. Add Covid to the mix and you can understand why this is such a long process. The rooms were clean, the staff was lovely and helpful and overall, this was the perfect choice for us. The pool area and the statues around the pool are lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointed. We came back to hotel after a very long day to find our room door wide open. Housekeeping did come in some time after we left and we then founded the door wide open. Still not sure if anything was stolen or compromised and we felt very unsafe. We reported the issue immediately and were given another room but new room was not what we paid for. Very disappointed.

It was clean super comfortable great value definitely looking forward to my next trip to stay here!!!

What a great place to be in such bad shape. 3rd year in 4 and NOTHING has been updated nor repaired. An investor could come in and spare no expense to bring it up to shape and it would be a gold mine! Perfect location! I won’t stay there again. Very disappointing.
