Nice hotel, but not great service.
Check in was awful. Family of four staying in a room booked for 4 were told we had to upgrade to accommodate everyone and pay for it. Other half of our party were arriving a day later, but booked the room so the early arrivals could use the room to prepare for a birthday surprise. Hotel staff wouldn't let them in the room and charged us extra for a no show, despite the room being fully paid for. Were told by hotel supervisor we should have cancelled the booking. Was really nice place and lovely room, but really poor for customer service unfirtunately. Would stay elsewhere next time for a lot less money.

The suites were big and it was nice to have the living area. I didn’t sleep that well due to the noise of doors shutting throughout the night. The door to the bathroom in the room was also loud every time it was shut. There were great breakfast options in the hotel. I would stay here again.

Delightful experience
It was an excellent experience to stay in Venetian hotel. Very friendly and helpful people. Hotel is situated at very convenient place on strip. Very comfortable hotel facility.
