Leisure Inn Hotel

The room was small but clean and comfy. We had a little trouble checking in as they could not find our room key and did not speak the best English but this was sorted relatively easily. Breakfast was basic but delicious.

I had a good overall experience at this hotel. I mean, sure, it is not the most perfect hotel in London, but you can get a decent room for a very fair amount of money. So thank you for the welcoming, I had a good place to rest.

Initially put me In the wrong type of room but fixed it promptly. The room I had was nice, it was near the breakfast room but far enough that didn’t disturb my sleep. Very modern room and nice bathroom.

Excellent location nearby all amenities, tube station and restaurants, the bathroom had been refurbished recently so it’s good, bed is good, I had a good sleep, staff is not friendly as I thought this was the only thing to complaint, sometimes a smile and a different approach makes the whole difference, but overall I would stay again.

hotel is in 9th floor. no lift. first staff is not so nice. 2nd staff we met is good.

Room clean, offered a choice of a larger twin or smaller double which we opted for. Quiet corridors, comfortable bed. TV reception poor but we didn't really need it! Staff friendly, polite and helpful. Continental breakfast excellent, more choice than expected including scambled and boiled eggs, cheese, beans and mushrooms. Good choice of cereal, juice, tea, coffee and water. Would recommend for an affordable room when visiting London. Would stay again.

Shared bathroom 😡

Honestly, this is by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. I didn’t really feel welcomed by some of the staff. I was asked everyday what was my room number when I would get breakfast and I wouldn’t see other people getting asked which made me feel more uncomfortable and when I would ask questions in the front the lady would get annoyed. Like hello I’m a tourist and it’s normal that I have questions to ask. I’m going back to London in a couple of months and I will not being staying there that’s for sure! Lastly, I think there’s bed bugs because I would get itchy, tv doesn’t work, and the walls were so dirty!!!

Our bed was Somewhat comfortable, The room was clean but the door handle to the door was falling off. The toilet roll holder was not attached properly. We were given a second room as the family room was unavailable at no extra cost but the window in that room was cracked. Breakfast was great.

Great location. Comfortable beds. New bathrooms. Included breakfast a bonus. Recommended.
