Front desk/receptionists are not friendly, no eye contact when talking to me and seems like they don't like you to ask them question. Shabby and dirty
The room we were put in was very dated, stains on carpets, needed a renovation, and a good clean. The room was freezing and even the heating wouldn’t work. My sister ordered a cheese sandwich and when it turned up it was a club sandwich but at 2am could not be bothered addressing the issue. Then the next day we were woken up twice by cleaners knocking the walking straight into the room. Once at 9.30 and second at 11.10am I even called down to reception to double check that check out was at midday. I’m just really disappointed on a whole. Normally I have great experiences in Novotel but unfortunately not here. I have wrote to management team and still await their response.

Good Location Helpful Staff, Good Breakfast
We visited London for five days. From checkin to check out all was next to excellent. "Lillian" checked us in. She was very detailed and served us professionally. She shared stories about her brother who is a RED SOX fan. She did her best to feel us comfortable and provided complimentary drinks. I forgot my laptop charger but thank God "Alicia" a guest relation officer was there. She served with a smile and provided me a charger. Hotel is very close to Hammersmith Tube station. There are two stations. One station is for Circle Lines and other station is for Piccadilly and District Line. Piccadilly line is very well connected to Heathrow, so no need to take Express for Paddington. A good scenic walk with Thames River from HammerSmith Bridge to DeerPark. On otherside take thames path to Fulham Palace. This hotel is at good location, with a lot of restaurants within 1 mile of walking area. Bed & Mattress was very comfortable. We needed extra towels and bath toiletries which were provided within no time. We'll definitely visit and stay again.
