Residence Inn by Marriott Little Rock

Property was not unique. I felt that the place was old and needed an upgrade/renovation.

I had to visit for some stressful family related issues but the staff made my stay wonderful. They were so pleasant and informative. I also had some trouble printing but I emailed my documents to them and they printed and copied what I needed. The room was clean and they are taking their Covid duties seriously. They are definitely getting my business for my next visit! Thanks so much for helping my stay go so smoothly!

Specifically searched hotels.com for a king bed & bathtub in Little Rock. We specifically booked the studio w/ a king-sized bed, a sofa bed, & bathtub for our fam. Upon arrival, our bathtub was missing the stopper, and it had a queen and NOT a king sized bed. We called the front desk to ask if she had a stopper and asked about the king bed situation. She was very nice but uninformed and not able to help. She switched us to an identical room that had a bathtub stopper but still no king bed. I showed her the details of our booking in person in the hotels.com confirmation email that said we’d reserved a room w/ a king bed and reiterated all we wanted was a king bed. She seemed surprised b/c there aren’t any king sized beds in the hotel. I said both the Marriott & hotels.com advertised king-sized bed studios & 1-bdrms and that’s why we chose their specific hotel . She said she was surprised b/c there weren’t any king beds in the hotel at all. She said not to worry & would be sure to “do something about it”. We slept terribly, one tv didn’t work, there were 2 towels for 3 of us, the toaster shot sparks when turned on. When we checked out, the guy manager said he had taken lib to “upgrade” us to a “1-bdrm w/ a queen bed” but had he known we needed a king he would’ve switched us to the 1-bdrm w/ king bed or given a discount, but there was nothing he could do for us now since we’re not club members & we booked thru hotels.com instead of Marriott. What crap! Take responsibility!

Everyone was very nice and helpful at check in and check out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The outside appearance doesn’t say much for this place, but once you get to the room that changes. This hotel probably has the best room setups for the price and has some of the most comfortable beds at any hotel.

We booked through Hotels.com and it said there was a king sized bed so we booked it. We arrived late and they said we had the king sized bed and when we walked into the room there was only a queen sized bed. It was super uncomfortable to share with 3 people and my husband slept on the couch. We specified there would be 4 people and there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. We asked about all of those issues, and they said that there was nothing that could be done for us. It was clean though.

The vent over the stove didn’t work. There was hair on the bathroom wall shower wall and floor. There were also wasps in the bathroom light and vent.

Nice, clean room. Very comfortable. We especially enjoy the extra space.

Front desk staff were great, but there were some issues with the room. We liked the layout and it was well equipped. However there was a dead roach in the cupboard with the glasses and when we opened the dishwasher there were small roaches inside. On our second day we went out for several hours to give housekeeping a chance to service the room but they apparently missed us, then came by at 4 in the afternoon when we had returned. Other than the issues mentioned, the room was comfortable and suited our needs well. I trust our experience was an unusual one.
