Quality Inn Parkersburg North-Vienna

Very clean and comfortable, great sheets. Channel flipping was a pain because had to type in the numbers and it was not responsive at times. The only other thing was i was put in a handicap room which was larger but no vanity to put toiletries.

Our Check in process was smooth. The night clerk on Friday night (10/23/2020) was wonderful and very kind. I called the hotel the week before and asked specifically about the pool hours and breakfast. I was told it would be a hot breakfast. Upon arrival, We found out it was a sack meal. The breakfast is a big factor when choosing a hotel. This was a big deal. Once n our room, it smelled musty, it was SO hot and not nearly as nice as the pictures looked. Our shower rod was barely screwed into the wall and the floor was soaked the entire time we were there because we needed to use the shower. Saturday morning, I waited at the desk for quite awhile in order to get our breakfast because the police were there dealing with a safety issue from the night prior. Something about the housekeeper letting someone in. Needless to say, the next night was very restless as we felt extremely unsafe.

So if your looking for a great place to stay then stay here. The pool is superb... the rooms are very clean. They may not have the breakfast buffet right now but they had a nice breakfast bag packed up every morning.

There was a problem with my door. The concierge apologized and said their maintenance person had died and they were having trouble finding a new person. It won’t stop me from staying at this hotel.

Everything was nice. The staff was realy helpful & nice. Would stay again.

Check in didn't go smoothly, room didnt have heat and we had to be moved to another room, comode not tight to floor, moved when you sat down and got up, we would rather have a bathroom that had a sink in it. But the staff was friendly and helpful with all that they could.

Nice location close to shopping and restaurants. Inside pool was nice too.

OK place to stay. I think the rooms are overpriced and there's a $300 security deposit required. They say it can take 19 days to drop off your card. They blames the banks and my bank says it's the motel... Lol. There's No elevator for this property! Room was clean and desk clerks were OK during check in and out. I was on 1st floor and there were people just outside my room arguing loadly for several hours in the evening hours but they quieted down about 11pm before I went to bed. Not the motel's fault but just sharing the expirence. Place is close shopping and many restaurants, so very convenient for that. I've traveled lots and this $300 was one of the highest deposits I've ever paid!

Just average. The bed was not comfortable at all. Last night of stay we were asked at 730pm if we would prefer to move our room due to a "Block Party" on our floor. Don't think it was a "Block Party" that I'm familiar with. Employees were very nice but very average accomodations.

Nice quiet get away for the night ... nice friendly staff too
