Great place to stay with the family
Great resort friendly staff, clean and excellent food.,loved the beach and pools with definitely be back again with the family.

Might visit again Paradise again...nice beach
The facilities were 3 star. Food was pretty good but menus were a bit limited. The bars had a good selection of alcohol but the tropical mixed drinks were disappointing. Unless u are a club member expect them to pressure you into a 90 minute ( more like 180 min) presentation. Be aware that the excursions have a lot of hidden costs like transportation, food, and tips. Watch out at the airport for the scams and promises if you decide to take them up on the a Hotel visit (timeshare pitch). Garza Resort and hotel was high pressure and sales representative actually called us “stupid” for not signing with them. Grr

It was ok. Nice beach but needs better service.
Check in took forever. Check out took forever. Service in the restaurants was ok, not great. The room was spacious, but not the most comfortable furniture etc. kitchens are not well appointed. They don’t have enough basic items. The beach was very nice. Lovely beach area. Overall it was busy crowded and just ok.

This hotel is for locals, not a decent sport bar, ‘this is a family cheap option’ Rooms with kitchens and fridge. Party is over at 10 PM. Family hotel only.

The room was ordinary by their standards but the checkin guy Arturo wanted us to write a favorable note even before we had seen the room. The room has complete facilities for light cooking and microwaving, but no soap to clean dishes with. Really strange that we should have to buy that one item to clean anything. Room service was excellent otherwise. The A/C could not be controlled from the room, so was sometimes too cold and other times too warm. Kept waking us up at night. Timeshare presentation is really aggressive, you go through at least 4 persons before you get see the gal for your free gift. Price started at 99k went down to below 32k. Better brush up on Mexican laws regarding timeshare ownership first.
