Extended Stay America - Little Rock - West Little Rock

They charge you a extra 100 dollars for a deposit at check in. You get it back in 3 to 5 bus days but thats not the point. In my oplnion all fees should be listed on the hotels.com wedsite. I wont be staying at here any longer when I visit LR.

Number 1. There is now an $100.00 deposit that has to be submitted! Did not state this in ad. Number 2. Said that there was a fully equipped kitchen. Yes, there was a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher & sink, but no pans, plates, utensils, coffee maker, etc.! The key envelope said that if needed that these items could be obtained downstairs. When I asked the desk clerk he said they had been removed because of the virus and did not offer to let me have any. I did however get a coffee maker. Number 3. The room was very dirty. There was a plastic bag on the floor between bed and wall. The counters and desk were sticky. Number 4. The clerk gave us the wrong keys for the room we were in. This is just a few of the problems. However, the beds were nice and there were plenty of outlets.

I booked my room through Expedia. I went to check-in & the man at the front desk said very rudely, "We're overbooked!" To which my reply was, "Well, how do I get a refund?" He stated that Expedia would have to call & get the refund processed. Called Expedia & what do you know, it's up to the hotel manager! This happened almost a month ago & I am still trying to get this resolved!!

The clerk was busy flirting with a guest that was checking in the hotel. We were there the night of 7/16 around 11pm-midnight.

The staff was unprofessional. The property was unkempt. The hallways smealed like bad cigarette smoke! The room was ok, but absolutely no amminities. I will never stay there again.

Good service at front desk. Rooms were clean. But here’s the big thing missing: adequate materials to actually use this facility as an extended stay hotel. They were out of almost everything that no hotel should ever be without, such as basic eating utensils, cups, and plates. You have to request things that should already be there such as extra linens, pillows, and every single toiletry item. We were offered a coffee maker but No coffee cups, creamer, sweetener. I’m really growing cold on this chain. But the staff were very nice.

This property wasn’t real kept. The room was very outdated and not clean.

Dead roach next to kitchen sink, and roaxh feces on outlet where microwave was plugged in. Black mold under kitchen sink and around bathroom fan.

I reserved a suite with a full kitchen and queen size bed. When I got there the tv in my room would not work, so I go let the front desk know so that I could be put in a different room. Well the the guy at the front wanted to come see the tv as if I didn’t know how to work one so I said ok fine. He got in there a pressed the same button on the remote and actual tv as I did then said “hmm I guess it doesn’t work”. So he goes to check for other rooms. After 30 min I go down to the desk and he says there aren’t anymore. I asked to speak with a manager and no one was available. Then, He suddenly finds a few rooms. He takes me to them to see if the tv works. We went to 3 rooms and NONE of them were clean. They were disgusting. Trash everywhere, beds not made, etc. Then we finally find a room that housekeeping has “finished” and it had dead bugs everywhere. I was so irritated at this point. This hotel isn’t even worth the $60 deal you get from Hotels.com. It’s ridiculous! The layout is nice, but everything is outdated and filthy.
