Hampton Inn Phoenix-Midtown-Dwtn Area, AZ

Es incómodo tener que escribir esto y también se que no es el hotel ya que nos quedamos en varios de estos y fueron geniales pero este hotel es un desastre cambiamos de cuarto 3 veces uno la sabana tenía sangre y cabellos y el otro el baño tapado con escarmentó y el otro en la ducha estaba tapada y había resto de agua sucia y jabón de la persona anterior el olor es insoportable las alfombras de afuera están asquerosas como motel fue muy desagradable este hotel No es familiar y creo que los empleados No están haciendo un buen trabajo y dejaron perder este hotel el peor de mi viaje ......

Chose this because of previous stays then covid hit. Requested rokm near eldvator fue to gandicap room halfway down hall awY from elevator. Sad that breakfast kitchen closed for duragion. Room rate not commensurate with amenities

I signed up didnt notice non refundable. I had a doctors appointment and I live in Parker. So we got a hotel but my wife had covid and we could not make the trip. I’ll have to go in 2 or 3 weeks for that appointment. I tried talking to you on line and phone what a joke. Was hoping you would keep$$ and wed rebook

Good friendly staff on arrival and when we would leave or return. Under the current circumstances they are doing well

It was great, clean, friendly front desk workers, ac works very good. Loved our stay

My problem was probably mostly with the picture of the room and Info given on hotel.com. I was told I was getting a room bthat had a walk-in shower, due to the fact my friend who was going into surgery and is on a 4-wheel needed that plus the space. It didn't happen. It was a tub. It did have a handle on the tub. I did get the first floor which I requested. When I asked the hotel, they said it wasn't on their info about that room...or even that there were two people in the room..though that part didn't matter. So the room was good and comfortable but not spacious which I expected. The location was good, though my friend was scheduled for a different hospital. Lol. I did t realize it was located in middle of hospital and surrounding medical buildings with construction going on. The breakfast to go was a bottle of water, a small blueberry muffin and an apple. All in all the staff was wonderful and helpful, especially Chuck (I think was his name). I paid more expense on this hotel because of it's name and the picture of the room and ease getting to the hospital. It isn't the hotels fault for Covid19 and know I would have had a greater experience at a different time. Still, it was a comfortable bed.

Friendly staff. Hotel is dated and could use a new paint, carpet, etc. It is located in Downtown Phoenix, not an ideal location for family stays.

I am deaf when I remove my Cochlear Processor at bed time. It has to be removed to recharge the batteries. I had an important medical appointment in Phoenix so had to spend the night in order to make my 8 am appointment in time. I live 2 hrs, away. I booked a handicapped room for the hearing impaired. No one at the front desk could tell me what was available to wake me in the morning. I cannot hear a phone ring. Long story short, nothing woke me. Almost empty empty roll of toilet paper. Empty box of tissues.I would never stay there again.

Room was great, service was great. Overall! Had a great time at this hotel
