It was amazing clean room friendly staff and had a to gl breakfast box withbwas very lovely

The bedsheets were clean so that’s good. The desk chair had glitter and a stain on it. The carpet had some glitter on it. The bathroom tub and sink looked dingy. The TV didn’t work well. Free breakfast and free wifi was good. My door cardkey stopped working 2 hours before checkout. Not bad for the price.

Clean room, comfortable bed. No issues with anything. Boxed breakfast was good! Great idea for the Covid season.

This property is an average domestic US hotel located in a pleasant area. Our room was mostly clean, although it shows wear. The chair at the desk was in good repair, but had many stains. There were a fair number of dents, dings, stains, etc. throughout the room. The floor area near the door and in the bathroom is faux wood, which is nice, but contributes to noise issues. There's about a one-inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the doors, so when folks are talking in the hallway that sound travels into your room. I'm sure the sound travels both ways.

They did not have soaps , not even bar soap for the bathroom sink unless you asked for it . Pool was not open

I’ve been traveling for 3 weeks this is the first hotel that didn’t serve a semi decent breakfast. They said it’s covid. It’s the management. Cold bagel and old boiled eggs is what they offered.

Best thing I like about the property is the staff: Rick, Sophie, Laura and Stephen. A couple of guys whose names I didn't get helped with TV remote issues. Nina and the cleaning crew all are very polite and attentive.

I like the location of the facility and attentiveness of the desk staff: Rick, Sophia, Laura and Carlos. I didn't get the name of a super who helped with a defective TV remote control but he was very helpful. The room cleaning personal are all very friendly with helpfulness and greeting "hellos."

I stayed for two nights & let me say the first impression was good everything looked clean until you got close. The chair inside the room disgusting had all kinds of stains. The bathroom had this horrible stench that I could not stand I had to spray cologne so I could simply take a shower. The toilet seat was disgusting it had obviously not been cleaned since it had stains all over it. What tops it all is idk if it was mosquitoes or bed bugs but after each night I woke upp with more bug bites. I would not recommend staying here nor will I ever again.
