The Aquarius Casino Resort, BW Premier Collection

It's ok for the price. The rooms were not cleaned very well as there was hair in the bathroom etc. Staff is great and super friendly. Hotel is a bit old and dated.

Thanks again for letting the doors open for us to go have fun and relax we appreciate and the casino floor was nice and cocktails are great and good service. And the restaurants thanks for opening the doors

The lady who checked us in was super nice and friendly, but after that we werent impressed at all. It was hard to find any parking and the valet was backed up. When you are charged a resort fee, parking should be easier. The hotel seems run down and old. There was no soap in the bathroom. The mattresses were super uncomfortable with springs sticking in our backs. The tv was old and not even hd. Didn't know those existed anymore. There was sticky stuff on the desk and there was an overall uncleanliness to the whole room and hotel. I would not recommend it and will not be staying there again.

Really appreciated the on line check in, was a line at the desk , but the temp taking lady asked if I had checkec in on line, scooted right over to the on line check in desk and was heading to my room in less than 5 minutes. Room as clean and every thing in good order the plumbing worked !! The view was perfect of the river and my goal to watch the new years fire works. Great room great service thanks .

The floor was stained red in multiple places. Our towels were stained with makeup. There were short curly hairs all over the restroom and in the shower. The coffee maker was broken.

Everything was great, but

Clean and comfortable. Room equipped with fridge and coffee maker, which is not that common anymore. Decent sized room and not too dated. Hallway carpet a little worse for wear, elevators clean and efficient.

It was ok. Old room. All smelled like cigarettes even though we were in a non smoking part. Clogged bath tub, TV and wifi reception horrible. The front desk made us wait for the room although I'm sure they could have accommodated us being with a small child. We had to wait a second line because we had 40 min to check in at 3pm. It's ok for a night but i will definitely go to another place next time.

We are pool people so called ahead to make sure the pool was open...upon arrival the pool was closed and not for COVID. When I requested a resort Fee refund I was givin a laundry list of reasons for not returning the money and had to pitch a fit to get 1/3 of it returned. Second complaint was the beds were like box springs, I felt bruised and stabbed upon waking like I was being tortured...well maybe not quite that bad but i was uncomfortable.
